I recently noticed that I'm blocked from a models room and now i'm curious as to why.

I never did anything bad to the model or misbehaved in any way in the room that would have justified being blocked. When I was there I would usually have a friendly conversation with her and she never seemed to have any kind of ill feelings towards me at all, she would usually greet me with a friendly hello and good byes and such... So I'm fairly confident in saying she didn't ban me herself.

The only things I can think of are 2 things...

1) Maybe I was blocked because I hadn't gone private with her and was in the room over a certain amount of time that was deemed too long? Although she was still new and I wasn't there all THAT long compared to time I've spent in other models rooms without ever having this happen. I'd guess I was there maybe 6 hours in 1 week.

2) I checked out one of her VOD's. I know some girls don't really like the VOD section because it offers a cheap option instead of going private with the model. But I would think even that little tiny bit from VOD is better than nothing. And after being burnt by unsatisfied privates in the past I've always tended to check out VoD's first now.

So are studios known to ban for either of these 2 things? Any other users have similar experiances with being blocked for an unknown reason?

Dude that sucks.

Is it possible that someone used your nickname and acted like a dick hence the ban? Or is the ban on the IP you have? I don't know, I am just theorising here. Some wise F4F person will no doubt chime in.

Are you from the same country. I know when I was in Poland a while back, my ex- wanted to check her studio and was pissed that she couldn't check any Polish studios out. I don't even know if it is that way anymore there.

Either way, looks like they banned a nice guy, who was willing to be a paying customer... and that must always be a concern to F4F as well as us.

she most likely just banned a state so loved ones dont see her and you could be in that state which means........ shit out of luck :twocents

What do you mean with 'blocked'?

If you can't see your girls room appearing online or her bio, it's region blocking. It means she blocked the whole state/country you're in.

If you try to enter her room and you get kicked out, it's due to billing issues or bad behaviour in chat. Assuming you don't have billing issues, it's bad behaviour. Unfortunately every studio has their own set of rules, so you may not even know you're breaking one

But I've never heard of anyone banning a customer for watching their VOD or not going private.

Yowzer, it's not 'that way there' lol. Most of us block our own country/state. So for example you won't see a German girl on the site when you'll go on holidays to Germany

Well if they can ban some1 for 24 hours for chatting to others in a models room as well as with the model - I am not suprised in what people get banned for anymore.

I thought through your problem and I have no idea as to why you got blocked.

I don't think it has anything to do with not going private.

I think the VODs are a great way to see if the model is a person you would like to take the private.

Most likely you were banned from her room for 24 hours. I have been banned on accident before because my nick was next to the guy she was banning...but that was before when the models could ban members. You are a cool guy so i am sure it was just an accident by the monitor. :twocents

I dont think models can ban paid members at all. Even the models who have their own studio. I'd say you are probably in a state that she had blocked.

It's deffinately a "block". I can't see her bio at all when I look for it and when I goto her name in the VOD section I get the "You do not have access to view this performer." message. I can't see at all when she is online.

I've heard of the region blocks alot for Canada in particular but I havn't really ran into that in the USA. This girl was supposedly in California and I'm located all the way on the east coast. I tend to believe that she deffinately wasn't from my state because the accent of her voice and the tan don't match where I'm from. I've also known a few models from my state before and never had it block me. If it was a State ban I probably wouldn't have been able to visit in the first place?

I have no idea what happened then, seems a bit odd. Oh well atleast there are so many other great girls to visit. :D

So don't take it personally. She probably found out she can block her state, and did so.

If you were banned from her room.. you would still be able to see her online I believe.

Region bans prevent you from seeing her bio.. her online..everything. Like, I can not see myself anywhere on the site if I look for myself because I have Canada blocked.

If someone in canada were to look for me, theyd get the same info you described. Dont worry *hugs*

True, perhaps her family lives there.... or something

though, some models are not totally honest with where they live. Some might say they live in one state, when in reality they live in another --

But either way, it sounds like she didnt block YOU specifically..rather it was a state ban.

I live in canada, but ive considered banning california just because my ex fiance lives there.. out of fear he MIGHT at some point stumble on to my profile -- but now im totally over it and don't care if he sees :D

I've heard of models banning a state to block a particular problem user. Maybe the model in question did that, and you got caught by it. Few bad apples, etc.

Sometimes it takes awhile for a region ban to go through.
Australia is one of the places I requested to ban from my bio/camchat and it took over a week before it successfully came into play.
Before mine came into effect, I had more than a handful of Australians and guys in my current state hanging out in my room, so maybe somewhere out there - a guy or two are just as confused about this as you are! :twocents

I presume that does NOT block seeing your posts in these forums.
So, in the above example, in Germany you are able to see the posts in the forums of German performers.
Therefore, as most of you use face shot photos with your names in the forums, you could be recognised in your home country.
Just a thought in case you are concerned about your anonymity to anyone in your home country.

(I may of course be mistaken and admin have already addressed this concern.)

Yeah kali is unblocked.. there are a few canadians that did not block themselves...kenzi taylor being another one.

If I could some how only block people I know.. and people THEY know.. I would. But unfortunately I have to ban all of canada.. my only option lol

I even asked if I could just block Ontario, but apparently not.
