Semi-private's have been available for several months now, I just wondered on the thoughts of guys (and the girls) on the subject.

The option of the cheaper private ( half price for the un-initiated) is a very good deal.

The drawback was obviously the lack of chat before private, the banter, the turn on, finding out what the girl does and doesn't do.

Now it appears that flirt have removed the 'preview' facility and replaced this with still photos, not just in 'open' but in 'private' too.

Is this wise ?. How do guys know what they're getting ? does this make it harder for the girls to 'promote' themselves and get business ?

Agree any change that effects the customers that are paying a monthly fee for the extra services should be advised of any changes, this has been said before and seems still not being noted. One reason the argument about the preview window happened was due to this. VS please in future stick a note in the general thread of any changes to the system that may effect your customers, so to not cause problems that may arise. Personally I don't miss the no video in the semi-private area but some may have registered as vip for that feature and it was taken away from them without warning and enough time for them to decide if they want to keep their membership active without a feature they may have wanted.

I don't get the semi-private thing either. Here are my suggestions on how to improve it (read: make me even mildly interested in trying it)

1) If the preview window is problematic, then how about a current picture? A single shot of the day, chosen by the model. Show that. At least then I can see what outfit the model has chosen that day. Other sites don't let you see the model before you go private, but at least you can see some recent photos (as in within the last few hours) that the model chooses to make available.

2) If the model isn't visiting with a paying viewer, open the chat. I'm willing to pay the higher price charged by this site (compared to some others) because of the opportunity to chat with models first. I don't mind if I can't see them. Often I just want to see if I find a model friendly, and assess her mood. But at the very least, I'd like to know she's even there at the keyboard.

I trust that semi-private is working as-is, or else changes would be made. I'm all for people doing whatever they want. But I can't imagine myself visiting semi-private models given current circumstances. The price is just too high for so many unknowns.
