Ok people, has Kimee was asking about your favorite tv show... What's your best movie you ever watched and why, whats you reason for your best movie you ever watched???

I love to watch this movie called Top Gun by Tom Cruise and Kelly McGillis. Always full of action, right from the start to the end of the movie. Does anybody else like this one? :thumbsup

I can watch this over and over again, I've seen it so many times. I also love the music that goes with it aswell. Fast Aeroplanes going across the skies. Love it...

Clerks. -- Really any movie written by Kevin Smith, love that man, but that one the most. I love all the comedy in it but also the way he went about making it on only bout 26k. Gives you that little bit of hope that really anyone who has a little bit of skill and creativity and is willing to take the risk can make it into something big.

A more serious move that I absolutely loved...

Ladder 49 -- can't even put it into words. Just amazing.

2001 - just the fact that the movie pre-dates the moon landings by a long time and the attention to detail in getting things right. Plus THAT soundtrack.

thats 1 of my favourite films but its hard to pinpoint one film though as a definative greatest.

Well I love the movies so I can say I've seen quite good ones, but I think my number one still is "The Lake House" - Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves. The story itself is kinda crazy but still so real, it shows if you found the real love nothing can ruin it not even the time. I can confess I "almost" cry every time I watch, I said ALMOST! lol but here other ones I found quite good or interesting: The clockwork orange, CRASH, freaking loved Constantine, Closer, Fight Club, Mr. e Ms. Smith, Transformers, Sin City, and there's another one i left for last hoping to remember the name in english but got nothing. Is with Cristina Ricci and Morgan Freeman, she's a nympho (sex add) and one day he finds her fallen on the road and take care of her keeping her in his house untill she's "healed" being the father she never had. Also love comedies and horror movies! Guess that's all folks =] Cheers

I would have to say TAXI DRIVER....I don't know there is just something about Robert DeNiro and this very dark character.

I just can watch it over and over again...Maybe it appeals to my dark side..lol

Have fun...Merc

Ok well Thanks all of you for your comments about the best movie you ever watched. :thumbsup

I'm sure it wasn't easy to just pick one out of some many good movies.
So then. Can you now list your best Top Ten movie you ever watched and why?? I'll give it try anyway, I'm sure its gonna be a test for me... :orglaugh

(1) Top Gun. :Goes without saying this movie. :winkwink

(2) Snakes On A Plane. :Just watched this tonight, Brilliant movie, Scary Girl's if you don't like snakes. With Samuel L Jackson.
(3) Batman The Dark Knight Christian Bale, Michael Caine & Heath Ledger. : Brilliant movie again here. Such a shame that Heath Ledger had passed away soon afterwards, very sad to know what happened with him.

He played The Joker very well. He made the movie for me.
(4) Ice Age :This Animated movie was so clever and of course, so funny. :orglaugh

(5) Robin Hood - Prince Of Thieves :As I'm from England I have say this one. Kevin Costner. The music at the end of the movie from Bryan Adams is Excellent, so suits it very well. :thumbsup

(6) The Nutty Professor :Eddie Murphy. Now if you know how he acts, there's no need for me to explain about this one is there? Only to say it had me in stitches. :orglaugh

(7) Final Destination - You Can't Cheat Death. : Fantastic Movie. Plenty of jumpy its. :thumbsup

(8) Bridget Jones - The Edge Of Reason. : Very romanticly funny movie.
(9) Pretty Woman :With Richard Gere & Julia Roberts.
And last but not least.
(10) Apollo 13 :Tom Hanks. A very true to life movie.

That wasn't so hard after all, I hope you like the movies and agree with what I said here, if not lets see what you come up with. :drinkup
