...Models/Performers in case you are not aware, ending a group chat before time runs out will cause you to loose the credits that were pledged to you.

...I was in a Group Chat yesterday where a member told the Performer to end the Group Chat, so he did. Even though he did everything he said he would do, he lost the 800 credits that were pledged to him.

...I was unaware that the credits would be returned to our accounts until I checked my account later that day.

...I contacted VS. Support to see if they could do anything to help the performer in this case, unfortunately there was nothing they could do.

...Models/Performers please DO NOT End a Group Chat early even when told by a member that it is alright to do so.

Bump and a warning for members now. I used to like group chats especially if i was low on credits. After what just happened to me i am not so sure about group chats now. Pledged 50 credits on a group chat just now and i was the only pledge and the model accepted my pledge and just sat there and looked at me for the entire 5 minutes. Not that i expected anything for just 50 credits but i didn't expect to lose them that way. I will not mention the models name as that is not my style but does anyone have any ideas how to avoid this? :smoking

You could ask the model what happens if you don't reach the goal in time.
If I ever accept less than the goal amount i'm prepared to give the full show that the group advertised.
But since other model's policies are obviously different it's best to just clarify ahead of time with them.

yes good idea Will I guess i am used to the old system whereas if goal was not met the credits refunded back to the members.....I like your policy better

Bump for newer members and performers

I was in a group chat today where the performer lost his connection just 1 minute before the end. He lost all the credits pledged for the group chat.

When he was back on-line I gave him a tip to replace the credits he lost, as I was aware of this topic. He said that none of the others had done that. However, most members don't use the forums so would not be aware of this

Thought I would bump this for new performers. I was just in a group chat and the model ended the show after accomplishing his goal, but before time ran out - therefore lost all his pledges he received. I just sent him email and offline tip but most don't know this happens.
