I watched one of your video, and I think you are hot, I wouldn't leave when i arrive in your room. Sometimes I leave right away from a room when i realise that the guy does not look very much like his profile picture, but in your case that is a fair profile picture and a hot body, so not sure.

Remember to smile and acknowledge new arrivals, and if you have sound, do it with your voice (so much better than autogreet!). When a guy actually makes the effort to say my user name with a smile, i always feel like staying a bit in his room and ask him a few questions to find out about him.
