Has any model had problems using the cam service with windows 8? Please help if so. My video keeps working but then i can no longer see the people chatting in my room. They keep writing but i cant see them writing to me. It totally sucks so if anyone could help me out it would totally rock.

Hi Damien, I've used Wndows 8 a few times and have not run into any issues. Perhaps try uninstalling and then re-installing the v4 application?

Damien Brooks if you still have problems with it after a performer application reinstall maybe use the Technical Support section of the forums or contact VSmedia and ask if they know of known problems with the performer application and Windows 8. Also are you using the 32bit or 64bit version of Windows 8 ? I see another performer here states all was okay but didn't state if he used 32bit or 64bit Windows 8 which is important to know too.

Good luck with that and do make sure to use the latest performer application,latest Adobe Encoder and Adobe Flash too for windows 8. I know there is some Adobe Flash problems with Windows 8 but they should not cause user end problems, they are more security issues with Adobe Flash and windows 8 currently.

Hey, I have 64-bit....Lenovo Thinkpad with i7 and 8gb of ram. Like you said, I also have the latest adobe flash downloaded.
