For me as a model, it's ok for me nothing less or you do nothing wrong with that. I use that sometimes even i have that i still use my personal greetings to the member who visit me in my room. i'm just using "hi [members name] whats wrong with that? even that is receptionist at lest we greet you an we do that in our self and i greet you also in my own type
anyway we have our own opinion with that but for me noting wrong with that as long as i dont hurt any one
I't depends of the member who dont want to have that.
and even you dont put your receptionist its still some of the member didnt talk to you when you say hi when you type.
