when I try to watch a video on demand it asks for my sign-on and password but won't except my f4f sign-on and password. there's clearly something i'm not understanding. your help is appreciated. Quote

You are probably referring to one of the perks of being a VIP member. When a VIP has a private chat with a model, that video is saved as part of their catalog. They can see it again without charge as many times as they like.

For premium members, you can see a video on demand if you have enough credits in your account. All video on demand videos range in price, so look carefully before you decide what video you want to see.

The site gives you three options:
1. Free preview (As a registered member you can see a couple of seconds of the video)
2. Pay-per-minute streaming (You can view the video after entering your account info and will only be charged for each minute you view)
3. The third option is 24 hour unlimited streaming (You are essentially renting the video for 24 hours)

Hope that helps.

Cheers,

I had the same problem about a year ago, magically one day it just started accepting my login info. I would suggest contacting customer service.

Be sure you're typing your password and not letting the browser or the page auto-fillin the password. That generally doesn't work here.

The "invalid credentials" message can also mean you don't have any/enough credits in your wallet. Quote
