Let me try:
I honestly cannot speak for the customer population here, but based on what I do myself, and what I know some other customers and models do, I will say this:
It is very simple why you see this happening to you. Many times, when a customer sees a profile picture of a model, they generate a fantasized image in their mind about how the model might appear when they see the live video chat. MANY times, what you see in the video chat, has a high deviation from what you see in the profile picture.
If the appearance of yourself in pictures vs. video varies too greatly, then the customer is almost immediately dissatisfied and they will leave.
In regards to you saying hi and customers appearing to not respond and leave, the previously stated MAY have occurred, and given the high time delay of when they actually enter and leave your room, versus what you see in the V4 Application or chat client, causes you to think they are being rude, when you have typed hi after they already left.
If a customer seems to return a few times, they may be experiencing issues with the various studio websites, or their computers. So don't jump to conclusions about them being rude now that you know all this.
Does this make sense?
