seriously however, he may want to try a different browser or add the F4F site to IE's compatibility mode. and of course it could be a few dozen other reasons. he may try emptying his temp internet files and history (cache). Quote

You may have added his country or USA state to the filters and he can't see you online. If he can't see you on the model menu when you are online or it says "Model Not Available" it means you have blocked the area where he lives with your filters on the model login. Another thing it can be is you blocked him/her by banning under a different name he/she may have been using and he/she will get "User banned" message and if that is the case you may need to remove the ban if you extended it on the model ban controls page.

You really need to ask him/her what error message he/she is getting. It could be as simple as his computer browser is not working well or his internet connection is not capable of opening the chat rooms and it times out and throws him/her back onto the main screen. Need more information really what he/she is experiencing.

You can ask the person in question to either email Customer Services or to add a post to the Technical Support Forum detailing the exact problem he/she is seeing and adding what type of device they are using to access the site eg, Ipad, Android device and if a computer what browser version and operating system they are using.
