i have mastered the ice bucket challenge. using solely my hands (no bucket, water, or ice) i proceed to run around like a girl with my hands over my head running in circles saying "thats cold, thats cold !!! " therefore making me THE ICE BUCKET MASTER!!!!!

Excellent work Peter, do you think you can master the following?

MakeaMuscle4ALS/MD: It's simple all you have to do is take a selfie of yourself making a muscle & post it & nominate as many people as you want to do the same thing. Everyone can do this, if you need some help ask your family &/or friends. Take the pic, so it looks like you're making a muscle.

jump4ALS/MD: jump & take a pic, that�s all. You can do it even if you can't jump. Get your feet (or wooden leg or what you have) off the ground (with a hoist or something) & take the pic only of your feet (or...) so it looks like you jump.

PieInTheFace4ALS/MD: Every one can do this (with round card board or something & shaving cream) even if you're on a vent.

All these things are safe & you don't have to waste clean water.

I�ll send gifts (from Sep. 1st) to every male performer who makes a muscle or jumps on his main pic & puts the tag on his page.

Stefano, thank you for doing the ice bucket challenge but I ask everyone: don't do the ice bucket challenge. The ice bucket challenge can be very dangerous. Please don't waste clean water. I'm not against raising money for ALS but there are other safer ways without wasting clean water, I'll post them later.

I hope that you only didn't understand the reason behind that idea.
To help you a bit more to understand it: just read that:

Everything that brings at least a bit attention to that disease can help - directly or indirectly.
There should be more actions like this - not only for ALS but also for other disorders.

Yes it's very silly a bucket of clean water to raise money for a cause is alittle ridiculous. The water then vaporizes into the air or soil, where it will be recycled. Not something to tell people not to do for such a good cause

When I wrote my reply I wasn't joking. The ice bucket water is not mine, I don't own the ice bucket water so everyone can do what they want with the ice bucket IMO.

What do you think of this: make a muscle, jump, pie in your face & rince that off with the ice bucket. Male performers who do this will get a gift from me every day of Sep.
