That is NOT typical for any model nor is it acceptable.

Usually a model acting in that manner will be gone in no time!

I have read the threads on acceptable behavior from the users in the forums. How about acceptable behaviors from some of the models? I was in a room earlier today and was referred to as faggot twice..stupid fag once and dumb ass deaf man. The only thing I had said was Hello..how are you? the model in question began "tip me tip me". i merely said how about a hello first. I am not easily offended but found this behavior very offensive and left the room with no plan to ever return. Most every model i visit, straight or gay, are very nice friendly guys. I am relatively new on here so I was wondering "Is this behavior typical or acceptable?" Do the straight models prefer the gay guys not to visit? just wondering

wow... im pretty sure that isn't proper behavior for a model as well.

all rooms are open to men, women, gay or straight.

whatever model it was, apparently doesn't have the right attitude to be doing this. im sorry you got offended but if it helps, we aren't all like that. ;)

Sorry to hear you had this bad experience, deafTN.

I think Will and Dom are quite right to predict that this model should not be here for long.

There was a topic in the General Discussions forum last month about a male performer who only wanted females to visit him. His bio page got 2 reviews - both very negative. It currently shows:

I think performers and members deserve respect, and that behaviour is not acceptable. I have conversations with some performers who I know well, and we exchange banter that may appear to be unacceptable to on-lookers, but we never over step the mark and always try to make the humour of it obvious by adding a kiss, a smile, a wink, LOL or something similar.

I do get annoyed by some performers who I may be visiting for the first time and whose opening comments are "Let's go PVT". I usually say something like - I don't usually have sex until I've at least said hello....
On the other hand, I also make it clear if I have no credits or do not want a pvt, and give the performer the option of chatting with me or giving more attention to other members who may be encouraged to start a Pvt Chat.

Just deplorable behavior, no one should be treated like that. I've never encountered that kind of vitriol, but I have gotten the cold shoulder from some models who aren't into the tickling thing. That's all good, I know it's not everyone's thing, but at least be polite.

Wow, so sorry that happened to you. Speaking from experience as a person who has a verbal communication disability, you know there's always at least one asshat jerk in every crowd who goes right for the easiest target. You just were unlucky enough to find him before I did this time.

In response to your question: YES! I too have run into a few self-identifying "straight" models on Flirt that were..ummm, let's say less than enthusiastic and accommodating to have a gay male in their room. So much so that I pretty much avoid them if their bio says straight just to be safe. Some gay guys are really into straight males, I'm just not one of them. C'est la vie.

BTW, I was really impressed that you chose a screen name indicating that you are hearing impaired. I've been wondering what advantages and disadvantages you've experienced on Flirt so far and if you've run into any models who knew ASL? That would make C2C so cool! :winkwink

@ forgottenclone the advantages are the preformer knows i have a difference and most type to accomodate me although they dont have to. disadvantages some poke fun at me or ask me to leave their room. which is ok.several know ASL. domenic prize for example
