I normally keep my big mouth shut, but lately I have noticed something in the models rooms that truly annoy me. If a models smokes....let them! Do not lecture them on smoking over and over again. If you feel the need to lecture them on smoking or show "concern". EMAIL them! I saw a model lose a pvt today because a few members decided to create a discussion about smoking and telling the model that he shouldn't smoke and even shamed the member for even asking the model to go pvt for a smoke break. I know this member who has a turn on for smoking and he does take models pvt all the time. The member was so upset he left the models room , hence, losing a pvt for that model. Please..do not stand on your soap box and preach or lecture about smoking to the models..it is their choice! This preaching/lecturing or showing "concern"is costing the models money...so knock it off!!!Please! :twocents

I would never lecture a model on smoking, however I believe that models who smoke in open room are inviting comment and criticism. In most workplaces smoking is not allowed, I believe it should be the same at Flirt4Free

I somewhat agree..but the reason smoking is banded in most work places is due to second hand smoke and health concerns. I do not think smoking on cam will ever do any harm to the members. :smoking

. Also..you are correct with the "inviting" comments, but do not make the models room a forum for anti-smoking. It should always be the models choice,,not the company's choice!

That's true. What's also true is that smoking is VERY self destructive, no matter what the policy of any given country.

That said, I agree that a model's room should not be a soapbox for any stance on smoking.
This is a tricky issue. Important to differentiate the subject matter from the venue.

There are some valid points that I agree with on this tricky issue. I am not a huge fan on smoking but I do believe a model has every right to run their room as they see fit. Surely, there are going to be members inviting criticism or comments. While they have a right to their opinion, it can also be destructive and volatile to a model's room. There are always going to be comments or criticism not just for this but on anything random from not liking the color of a model's shirt or a hanging picture on the wall. Many models work in a studio or in the privacy of their home. A model should not be lectured and berated to the point of losing potential business or new viewers. Remember, it is important to be respectful of a model as they are here to entertain and make an income.

I know for some it's a complete turn off. That said if you fall into that category.... Leave the model's room and email them why. That way the model knows but it doesn't create a hostile environment. After all aren't we here to have a good time?

As i see it we are guests in their room. We need to be respectful while we are in their rooms. If its something we dont like simply leave. Dont lose them their potential to have a private

Some models who smoke have expressed they would like to stop but just can't break the habit. A little encouragement doesn't hurt.

bobbo you are so right. so the model smokes big deal that's his choice if you don't like smoker's go to another room or like someone said send them a pvt massage telling that smoking turns you off
besides there nothing a smoker hate's more then someone telling them to quit i've been there i smoked for 23 years. the more you tell me i shouldn't do something the more i'm going to do it. it's great that you like a model enough to care about there health but please don't preach no one want's to hear it :twocents

...I personally don't like to see models smoking in their room, but I don't make the rules! If you are going to smoke in your room some people may object and say something. Some people, not me!
