There was a time when the "curtains" covering a model in a private show parted momentarily so we could get an idea what was going on and thus be tempted to join in. However, I've found on entering a couple of shows to "voyeur" just recently that nothing was going on at all and that the model was just sitting there typing or chatting. Clearly I'm not going to be "voyeuring" again, now that we no longer can briefly see what's going on, so it looks like F4F and the model are missing out on some potential income. The models I talked to were ambiguous about it because while it brought in more lurkers, not everyone gets much actual money from lurkers and more voyeurs may or may not mean fewer privates. It's no secret that the real reason they got rid of it was that someone had figured out a way to draw the curtains for the whole show. I'm told though that the miscreants already have a workaround. If that's true they ought to let the models decide. Every model has to decide how to structure his or her own presentation to set the tone for the room and attract a certain style of customer. Quote

However, to play devil's advocate, the lack of preview does prove disadvantageous for models who use the Multi-User login. Well, more-so than it does for models who are trying to get voyeurs while in private.

I like the "bit more private" my privates got by less people voyeuring in (hee - it is called private - and not public amusement). Bringing back the preview for money would be a poor action.
