I've had some grey members in my room today that don't have the typical location name. georgia225 for example, but a username, like bobtony21. One of them even tipped me, and it was a legit purple tip, that showed up in my show statistics. whats going on here? I thought greys couldent tip or have usernames? thanks :guitar

A grey user can have a username. What it means is that person has begun to register but has not yet verified age with a credit card. Once that person does so, the username will become white or gold.

If a grey user tipped you and it showed up as legitimate...that you might consider asking Flirt directly. It might mean that the person has finished registering and received the 120 free credits, but has not yet been upgraded to full member status by the system. I do not recall how soon after completing the registration process the username changed color, or if that person needs to log-out and log-in again to have the color change take effect.

i've actually heard that these could be members from other affiliates that show up in grey ... i've seen these greys go pvt and join group chats too (just recently .. say in the past 2-3 weeks)

This is exactly that it is very rare that a grey can tip or take you private. But if they come through affilate page sometimes there name will appear in grey and can tip or take you private. There is also such thing as a real pink tip that most models do not even know about that is how rare it is. But majority of time focus on whites/yellows. But if its a grey and its purple its legit. Best of luck
