Just interested in what everyone thinks about these PROMO contest. Sort of think the site should have TWO contests at the same time. One for the Gals and one for the Guys...the Trans are on their own.
Both are dealing with two different groups of viewers and lets just say SUGAR daddies might hang out more on the gal's side of the site.
Hopefully the site will give this some thought as from what I see each model be they guy or gal has their good points and know just the right way to tease. Never put any model down if they have the guts and will power to be there for their viewers. It is quite a feat.
Wish each and every model who treats their viewers with respect and kindness the best of luck with these contests.
Would be interested in any feedback. Thanks

As a model i completely agree with that, as a newer model it would give us a lil better chance as well..

i feel it would be fairer to split the promos too .. even halving the prizes would work and be acceptable to both sides of Flirt ... take tonight's promo .. not sure if it's the final result for the $1,000 extra bonus .. but 4 girls and 1 guy won ... it's a known fact that the girls get more tips, although i think the gay guys on the male side are more generous individually, they are outnumbered when it comes down to the number of credits a model earns in 24 hours... just my opinion anyway... and i appreciate some promos are split ... maybe worth thinking about next year!

That was discussed often in the past - and there are still contests which are split. You said it right: you need sugar daddies to win - but those are on both sides of the site. Sometimes males win - sometmes girls win. Some work hard for winning contest - some just get tipped while they are offline. But I congratulate every winner - they deserved their win - male as female. I don't think it is a bad thing to have the big prized promos as a mixed promo

If you look at the recent prize winners you will see that they are about equally split between men and women and sometimes men are at the top. And as said, there are promotions that are split.

I haven't seen numbers but my impression is that the women have more customers but that the fans of the guys spend more individually.

I think a bigger issue is that 10 prizes go to several hundred models. About half of those might be classified as professionals who put a lot of time into the site. There are at least a few hundred guys who have no chance of ever winning anything, despite having customers and putting in a lot of time. The top ten or twenty models just get more and more.

TooShyTooSpeak I think you hit on a good point there.
The newer models stand little chance of even being part of any of these promos, and generally you will see the same models at the top over and over. Now lets be clear I have nothing against these models, but do notice a few suddenly appear when there is a promo going on. It does not give much incentive to the newer models who really invest a lot of time on the site
Yes there are a few promos that slip the guys and gals but I sort of get the impression that the site might prefer just the one promo.

Promos are a part of the payment the models can get - and like everywhere else where capitalizm determines the way to go - money rules the world - the better you are - the more you can get. You just need to have a bit luck and lots of efforts. Life is like a lottery - that's why life is a b1tch

Actually, no, it's not. Compensation is a complicated thing and there's lots of theories, but independent contractors are not generally paid anything like how this site does it.
