i don`t agree..there are grey ppl that are more nice on chat then registered guys sometimes...don`t mean to offend no one.only my point of view,and yes there are some terrible guys under grey nickname sometimes ...but anyway...being on topic...u have a option where u can block all grey`s...i don`t have to ban them..u can simply block them.

A grey viewer today could be a member tomorrow. In addition there are quite a few grey viewers who liven up the conversation in a model's chat room. I say let the grey viewers stay, but they may now avoid some chat rooms.

i think u have to gain a better level to have that option...grey users are lucky u guys don`t have that option yet =)) and when u`ll have it...i think you will understand already that grey users are not as bad if u gave them a chance...just treat them fair...explain them the rules from the website when they ask for things ur not allow to do..and treat them fair..and these grey`s might become ur regulars one day :P enjoy the chat guys.

haha... try to just have fun... many of them just say silly things to make u laugh... and ban only the rude ones... think about it... if u ban all the greys the website will be stopped in time and space lol with the same members forever who will maybe stop at some point lol and then there will be no more people in the rooms... every member were a grey at some point... even ur top1 fan hahaha

I was a grey and now I am a VIP and a fan club member too. If I was blocked from the beginning I would never have upgraded and my favorite model would be out thousands and thousands of credits.

I am sorry that you have been having bad experiences with the grey guest users. I do not know exactly what they have done in your room, but banning all the greys isn't necessarily helpful, either to you or the site. From what I've heard, banning too many people from your room in a given time may result in penalties (not sure if it's true or not).

Unfortunately, while some greys are polite and respectful and probably a lot of them don't say anything at all, there are some who follow the examples of the "robots" that post into the different rooms which only guest users can see (once a member registers, they don't see these 'bots anymore), and these robot users are all about making demands and comments...not a good example to follow, really.

If you want to see what these robots are saying, try going into a model's room (or even your own room) as a guest user. This will show you what the greys see. And because the robots are colored as guest, regular and VIP members, it's difficult for grey users to tell who's real and who's not.

If you feel the need to ban grey users, perhaps you can try blocking their chat instead. I think this will allow them to see into your room without participating in the chat. You won't have to deal with their comments, they get a better feel for the site, and they may register and return to your room as a paying member.

I agree to an extent. If they r being rude or acting inappropriate they should be banned. But what r we all here for? To make money! Don't oblige freebies, but if we (or you) just ban them all how r we supposed to grow our business? I have gotten loads of greys to sign up. Don't hate on them just because of a few bad ones. Just keep pressing for them to get an account. Cause after that it leads to spending.

Well, if he was, would you blame him? When I'm in a chat room I don't block the greys (though I can) out of respect for those who are polite, respectful, and who contribute to the conversation rather than detract from it, since these might be persuaded to register for the site. Unfortunately, that means I get to see all the negative ones as well--the ones who make demand after demand, who promise to tip if the model does what they ask, who insist on "shouting", who insult the model, etc.

I don't block greys, but sometimes it is very tempting.

members were nice to me when I was grey and I try to be nice to grey viewers and I have seen grey viewers become members.i think that is part of what this site is about.

I think you should give greys a chance. First tell them about signing up and the free credits they get. Some greys don't even understand the site and may learn from the performer. Second, chat with the greys if they are actually wanting to chat and not saying "Show me _____ BB". Third, just ignore the greys. They will get tired of being ignored and go to another room. Fourth is to ban those that are just rude to you and the other chatters. Just a few thoughts. :thumbsup
