STarted a little diet about 1 month ago , i was 211 lbs (96kg) and now im 202 lbs(92 kg)... 4 lbs to go and afther that ill see how its lookin..
abs started to show up ...cravings are bad...but that ass is still looking big:D

Congrats on the weight loss Alex! I have some recommendations to help curb cravings. The first one is coconut water unsweetened of course, the vita coco brand is my favorite... Also drink extra water throughout the day, especially in the morning. Also good for extra load volume 👍;)

The other super helpful tip is a super-food nutrient dense shake like Shakeology. I don't think I can post links here, let me know if you are interested in trying it out. Have some other great tips to share as well :)
