I have thought about the idea of choosing my favorite picture from 12 of my favorite models to have them printed and made into a 2025 Calendar. I am still choosing my 12, but for now, who would be your Mr. January 2025?
:D ALEX

This is possibly the creepiest post I've ever read in these forums (and that takes some doing). And, as beachboy mentions, it's a violation of copyright and totally illegal.

Creepier than fixating on them while we jerk off?

That's kind of what this whole site is about. And yes, I find it creepier to have photos of them on a calendar hanging in your house.

It’s not like I’m suggesting devoting an entire room to their pictures with candles lit and daily rituals. It is a simple calendar— how is it that much different than any calendar that has pictures of people in it? As for it being legal or not, it’s not like I’m selling it for profit or claiming it as my own creation, And either way, all I did was ask what people thought they would pick as Mr January.

I took a screenshot of a model about eight years ago. Have I been illegal all this time? If flirt stopped my use of the site then, shouldn’t they refund the many thousands of dollars they let me spend here after the infraction?

It is very creepy, the calendars that you are refering to are always planned and agreed upon with the people in them. Youre suggesting taking copyrighted pictures and splicing them into a calendar without any consent of the model. Pretty unhinged and disturbing but not surprising i guess

I don't know, the fact that you thought of this dark, creepy scenario when all I referred to was a cute calendar idea, which I haven't even done, I find disturbing. All good though. :D ALEX

That's because you consider violating people's privacy, copying their photos without permission, and violating the terms you signed up for here to be "cute."

I would wager that a performer who takes money in exchange for posing naked and fully aroused and who ejaculates in full view on the World Wide Web has knowingly given up the right to privacy.

Why do you keep arguing this? Their privacy is protected legally, and even if it weren't, people should have the respect not to copy their images for who-knows-who to see. Flirt's policy is clear.

Ask your favorite licensed law school graduate if someone who deliberately strips, beats his meat and cums in front of a camera known to be connected to the World Wide Web has an expectation of or right to privacy.

Well you weren't talking to me but I did, and her answer was that it's irrelevant what they're doing on cam, nothing gives someone the right to reproduce his photo without his permission. To quote her: "This is copyright 101."

I don't think it is creepy. If you are concerned about copyright you can ask the model to send you a selfie via Messages (email) or through his social media account, pay him tips and get his explicit permission to print it out for your own use.

We are all lecherous older men drooling on hot young men, many of them at once, and pleasure ourselves watching them. Is that not creepy to begin with?

I agree - many lecherous older men, and also many hypocritical bullies, and some who must put makeup and a wig on, stare at themselves in the mirror while repeating the phrase 'I am going to be the biggest b with an itch in today's forum as I can be'" over and over again for a couple hours before they login and start responding to posts LOL ;P
