Technical Support: Thought on complaint regarding Basic Users.
There have been multiple complaints in the forums in regards to basic members and guests being in party chats. I know there is a limit of 2 minutes for guest members.
Here is my thought, if the member has not completed a purchase in 90 days they stop earning reward points. Why not set the same limit, if no purchase in 90 days they cannot enter a party. Quote

Most complaints have probably come from me on this forum. Personally (as I have previously said) both guest and basics should be muted from chat. However as F4F won't do this 
another suggestion would be that basics are allowed to chat but it's set for a maximum of 1 min each day on the site after which they are automatically muted even if they log off and log in again. The fact that a basic account would be muted after 1 min would also be a deterrent on them opening a new basic account as they would all be muted after 1 min. Guests should never be allowed to chat and F4F should really mute them then they can't even post the emoticions/emoiji's either.

Party Chat is part of the public free service so unfortunately is open to any viewer.

It is open to any viewer but guests are kicked out once they have been it for 2 minutes. This does not stop them from logging out and logging back in to get another 2 minutes though.
