Technical Support: Technical glitch?

Just tried looking up something on bios of three models I like, and both of them return an "HTML error" saying it is not available. Just to see if it was widespread,, I checked a few others and got theirs with no problem. But the three I can't get (Nick_Wolf, Zzzz Star, and Cory O'Kelly) still seem to be inaccessible. All three are active on here, not ghosts.

Do you know what error number you are getting? If possible can you send an email to customer support with a screen shot of this error? Of the 3 names provided I was only able to locate Nick Wolf and Cory O Kelly, and I was able to retrieve their Bio's. So if we can see what error you are getting we can get this looked into right away. - K.K.

Could it be a geo block? I know of a model I that i see in rankings like flirt of the month, but i cannot enter her bio or room.

The error code is HTTP ERROR 500
One of them is now accessible, but the bio seems to have been restored from an OLDER backup. It is missing a lot of info, doesn't show when model was last online, and it shows NO reviews (I posted one recently, and it was the fourth, so that is wrong.)

The two you were able to access are the two that I CAN'T access. The third (Nick_Wolf) is the one I mentioned above, that seems to be a restored older bacup missingm lots of info.
I don't think a screenshot of a Google error code (HTML 500) will help much. From what I undestand, that is a very non-specific code, but usually related to a file server error on the site being accessed.

NEVER MIND! As often happens with computer snafus, it seems to have corrected itself, as far as the missing info on Nick Wolf's bio. ... The other two I mention are also back, though I have no idea if they are missing any info (They look up to date, but I can't be sure.)

Glad it got worked out - there was an update on our end around the same time you posted so it might have had a hiccup in the lookup but should be accurate and available now.
