Are you receiving email now, Bob_O?

This can happen for 2 reasons:

1) Any message was marked as spam.
2) If an email was sent but came back to our servers, "bounced message", the mailbox is assumed to be inactive and we will remove the address from our database so not to continue to send to inactive accounts.

If you're still having an issue, let us know.

Thanks
